Overview

Hyborians that run from the plains seeking adventure are the type that will be teasing, light-hearted, and filled with visions of fabulously useful and wonderful things they can bring back or end back so they can find some sense of place when and if they return. They’re often mischievous and playful on the outside, constantly teasing others as a sign of affection.

At the same time, only Kahokians are able to keep pace with the seriousness with which Hyborians take the challenges of survival, though even they fall behind when it comes to the practice of living life to its fullest, of grabbing everything and experiencing it all. They will marvel at luxuries like beds, sheets, and mirrors, even though they will have seen such things back home – it is a marvel to them that these giant-sized savages all seem to be able to make it.

Hyborians strongly dislike being called cute, for the most part. They equate it with being treated like a pet or an animal, although they might back down if a good explanation is offered and their humanity is recognized.
